U5–U8Mini Mavericks
Fun-first mini netball — first passes, footwork and falling in love with the game.

Dubai's newest netball club for girls U5–U17 — high-quality coaching, a clear player pathway, and a netball family where every athlete matters.
A maverick thinks and acts independently, often going against the usual expectations. Mavericks was created to give players high-quality coaching, exciting competition and a player-centred environment where every athlete matters — building confidence, resilience and lifelong friendships along the way.
The standards our players are known for — the way they play and behave, on and off the court.
We're not afraid to try, learn and grow.
We work hard and never give up.
We think positively and find solutions.
We lift each other up and celebrate success together.
We learn from setbacks and come back stronger.
Every player follows a pathway that builds technical skills, tactical understanding, confidence and performance over time.

Emily brings extensive coaching experience from both the UK and UAE performance pathways and is passionate about developing young players while creating an environment where athletes can thrive on and off the court. She is completing her Level 3 Advanced Coaching Qualification and has helped players progress into national programmes across England, the UAE, Wales, Scotland and Pakistan.
Brings energy and structure to our older squads, with a focus on game sense and decision-making.
A favourite with our younger players: patient, encouraging and all about fun-first fundamentals.
Guides our Mini Mavericks through their very first steps in netball with warmth and patience.
Sharp, competitive and detail-driven — pushing our players toward performance netball.
Mavericks is brand new — but our coaches aren't. Here's why founding families are signing up before we've even started.
Coach Emily worked with my daughter for two seasons at her last club — she's the reason Maya fell in love with netball. The moment we heard Emily was starting Mavericks, we signed up.
Emily helped my eldest earn a place in a regional squad back in the UK. Having coaching at that level here in Dubai is exactly what we've been waiting for.
My girls trained under Coach Katie before — patient, encouraging and brilliant with the little ones. I couldn't recommend the Mavericks coaches more highly.
We've moved clubs twice looking for proper, structured coaching. Knowing the team Emily is bringing together, we're not going anywhere this time.
As a former county player myself, I know good coaching when I see it. So excited for my daughter to start with Mavericks in August.
After seeing how Emily develops players, I genuinely think Mavericks will become one of the best girls' clubs in the UAE. We're in from day one.
